1. Schedule your meeting

Once you have chosen your service package or if you need help to choose one that suits you best, you can schedule a free 30 min consultation call with me right here. We’ll talk about your requirements and we’ll get to know better about our businesses before the possibility to work together.

I’ll also ask you to fill this quick questionnaire here before the date of our virtual meeting which I’ll review. This will help me to better understand your brand, take a look at which brands inspire YOU, what your main audience is and what are the goals you want for your business.

2. Make your project official

If we decide to work together, within 24 hours I’ll be sending you a custom work agreement based on the things we talked about in our meeting alongside the invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is paid, your project is officially ready to start. We’ll determine the project timeline and the things to do next in a project management tool. This will allow us total transparency about your project’s progress and will help us stay focused.

3. The first steps

I will start laying the foundation of your video and/or web design project taking into account your brand, your inspirations your competitors and your ideal clients.

At this stage if you chose a video editing and/or web design service package, I’ll ask you to provide me with all the content that you would like me to use. This includes all copyrighted material, such as images, videos and text that you own or licensed for commercial use.

4. Creation and development

This is were the fun begins. It’s time to take your brand’s messages and bring them to life in the best possible way, that’s a good trick. I’ll be investing my time and resources to produce your videos and/or web design (depending on your chosen service package) with everything you have provided me.

5. Revisions and refinement

Next, I’ll present you with my initial concept(s) (depending on the service package you have selected). You will make a thorough review and share with me your feedback and thoughts for any tweaks and edits you would want to be made.

You’ll have up to 3 revision rounds through this fine tool so you’ll get the best final product possible. Not only will it be compelling for you but for your ideal client too.

6. Time to launch your project

Finally, once you have approved all final files (depending on the service package) and you have paid the remaining balance in full, I’ll make sure you have everything you need to share your new video(s) and/or website with everyone else.

The benefit of communicating via a project management tool (I myself use Twist), is that I’ll share with you the link of your video project so you can keep an eye on it any time, on any device.

Any creative service will always thrive on faster response times and useful feedback.

What are revision rounds?

Revision rounds consist in the presentation of the development of the video project for you to review and think what can be changed or adjusted.

The number of revision rounds will be arranged with every specific video project.

You can review your video from the comfort of where you are with this online tool:

Wipster.io. With this tool you can make comments and compare different versions of the video while it plays in real tieme (and without having to register to anything).

That way I can take a look at what requires to be changed in the precise moment of the video you indicate.

This tool also works for images and text files. Really useful!

What will happen to the project files of my video once it is finished?

Once your project is finished, all the used files (scripts, videos, photos, illustrations, voiceovers and project files) will remain in my personal storage spaces for 5 days. During this time, you can request all the files to be transferred to you with an extra fee depending on the final file size.

After those 5 days end, all the files will be deleted permanently for storage space and data security reasons.
