Having myself being a client to other creative services I know that it is essential to have someone you can trust who you know can get the job done and, more importantly, be easy to work with.
I know many people offer similar services, but having someone with those good qualities (and can prove it through its work) can be priceless. I know myself very well and I always aim to improve myself, my craft and apply every skill that enhance what I do with each project along the way.
My aim is to bring the best customer experience I can offer along with the videos I produce for them.

How long does an explainer video takes you to produce?
It mostly depends in the complexity scope of the video and the response time from the client.
On average for a 2-minute fully customized explainer video and entirely made from the ground up (scripwriting, voiceover, illustrations and animation) it would take me around 5-6 weeks. This doesn’t count the time extra revision rounds will take.
You may wonder: why would it take so many weeks? And the answer is that, yes, time is necessary to make quality work.
How much can I benefit from having more videos?
Any digital marketing strategy can be benefited significantly with the inclusion of videos. Even more the custom tailored videos made with a specific goal in mind.
Being able to present your brand, services and products to your audience in a matter of minutes (or seconds) will help you greatly in your business endeavors.
Why should you need more than one video? Because each video responds to a specific goal inside a marketing strategy plan (the wide scope of the picture in which not only videos are involved).
How can I track the progress of my video project?
Concise and clear information is key. I’ll keep you informed via the channel of your preference (email or project management tools) about what I have done, what phase of the project I’m working on and what I’ll do next. The benefit of communicating via a project management tool (I myself use Twist), is that I’ll share with you the link of your video project so you can keep an eye on it any time, on any device.
Any creative service will always thrive on faster response times and useful feedback.
What are revision rounds?
Revision rounds consist in the presentation of the development of the video project for you to review and think what can be changed or adjusted.
The number of revision rounds will be arranged with every specific video project.
You can review your video from the comfort of where you are with this online tool:
Wipster.io. With this tool you can make comments and compare different versions of the video while it plays in real time (and without having to register to anything).
That way I can take a look at what requires to be changed in the precise moment of the video you indicate.
This tool also works for images and text files. Really useful!
What will happen to the project files of my video once it is finished?
Once your project is finished, all the used files (scripts, videos, photos, illustrations, voiceovers and project files) will remain in my personal storage spaces for 5 days. During this time, you can request all the files to be transferred to you with an extra fee depending on the final file size.
After those 5 days end, all the files will be deleted permanently for storage space and data security reasons.
